MMM is looking for a highly motivated employee, willing to invest and get involved in the activity and the position.

Experience required of at least 3 years in an event agency or a high-end travel agency

Job Description :
– organization of trips and follow-up of files
– supplier relationship management (airlines, hotels, etc.)
– customer relationship management
– participant registration management
– assembly of projects and products
– creation and updating of tourist sheets on the countries and cities visited
– production of travel diary and documents
– various administrative tasks (invoicing, prospecting, follow-up etc.)

Required Skills :
– proficiency in Microsoft Office (including Powerpoint)
– fluent written and spoken English (daily conversation by phone and email), another language is a plus!
