BRED is committed alongside the Odyssée association, which fights against school dropout among young Guadeloupeans through awareness of entrepreneurship and initiation to business management.

The Odyssée association has set up an educational, innovative and fun tool, entitled “Business Game School”, which makes young people aware of the world of business and the economy. It is an online game platform with immersion simulations in the business world.

This system has been deployed for 2 years in many establishments ranging from 4th grade to BTS. Since the start of the 2021 school year, 900 students have discovered the Odyssée Business Game School.
The success of this system has led the Academy of Guadeloupe to formalize its partnership with the Odyssée association by signing a multi-year agreement of objectives.
Stéphane Touati, Regional Director of BRED Guadeloupe and Northern Islands declared that “With this partnership which promotes youth entrepreneurship, BRED reinforces its commitment to equal opportunities, access to knowledge and to employment in Guadeloupe, territory in which it has been established for more than 35 years. Our managers are also involved by participating in student coaching within the establishments themselves. »
