BACK-OFFICE PRODUCTION TECHNICIANS M/F – CDI
Positions based in Poissy (78)
– Management of quotations and sending requests for quotes in relation to sales representatives
– Positioning of services (taking options/confirmations with the various players);
– Implementation of the “actions” of the file and rigorous follow-up;
– Control of reserved services;
– Invoicing and preparation of invitations.
Required profile :
Coming from a tourist training, you justify, imperatively, a significant experience in the field of tourism and you justify a successful experience of at least 2 to 3 years within the group service of a TO .
– Good knowledge of medium and long-haul tourism products
– Mastery of computer tools (office pack, internet) and MB3M
– Program layout
– Ability to work in a team and interpersonal skills
