III. One year:

a) Lithotripsy.

b) Surgery for gynecdotal ailments, except malignant neoplasms of the uterus, ovaries and perineal floor.

c) Surgery for venous insufficiency and varicose veins.

d) Sinus and nose surgery.

e) Varicocele surgery.

f) Hemorrhoidectomy and surgery of rectal fistdas and rectal loss.

g) Tonsillectomy and adenoidectomy.

h) Hernia surgery, except intervertebral disc herniation.

i) Hallux valgus surgery.

j) Strabismus surgery.

Unique Population Registry Code (CURP).

Federal Taxpayer Registry (RFC).

Social Security number (NSS).

A clarification made by the IMSS is that the assurance is per month and the payment is monthly in advance.
