For more than 40 years, CLPS The Skills Challenge, a cooperative and participatory society, has been promoting access to qualifications and job retention through vocational training.
More than 20 CLPS The Skills Challenge training centers in Brittany and Loire-Atlantique train and support 28,000 people each year, job seekers in the context of public policies or employees in the context of continuing education or apprenticeship.
Our 4 principles of action:
– Respond locally to the training needs of workers and employers, linked to the economic and social realities of the territories
– Ensure quality services, in accordance with the commitments of our labels and referencing
– Develop complementary partnerships
– Propose a pedagogy based on the individualized development of professional skills and transversal skills through work situations
