I am looking for a programmer to add a link bar to the bottom of my website so I can sell the advertising space. The link Bar should be a scrolling bar from right to left so that 2 of the 10 links are displayed at any one time. I would like to have this installed into my website as well as given to me as a code so that it can be installed later on other websites. The links should be able to be added and maintained via my admin section. There should be an option when a link is added via this section to set a time that it stays active.
